1. Payment Policy Overview

This Payment & Refund Policy outlines the accepted payment methods, security standards, applicable charges, refund process, and dispute resolution mechanisms in compliance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable Indian laws. 

2. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer the following payment options:

Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay
Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay
Net Banking: Supported banks as displayed at checkout
UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and other UPI apps
Wallets: As available at checkout
Other Options: EMI, Buy Now Pay Later (if enabled at checkout)

Note: Payment method availability may vary based on location, order value, or regulatory requirements.

3. Payment Security

We follow industry-standard security practices:

SSL Encryption for secure transactions
PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways
Two-Factor Authentication (OTP/UPI verification) as per RBI guidelines
Tokenization of card details where applicable
Fraud Monitoring Systems to prevent unauthorized activity

🔒 We do not store complete card details on our servers.

4. Recurring Payments (If Applicable)

4.1 Authorization

By opting for subscriptions, you authorize automatic deductions as per the selected billing cycle.

4.2 Cancellation

You may cancel recurring payments via:

Your account dashboard (Subscriptions section)
Payment provider (UPI AutoPay / e-mandate)
Customer support

⏱️ Cancellation must be done at least 5 days before the next billing cycle.

5. Fees & Charges

No additional charges for standard payments unless specified at checkout
EMI / processing / convenience fees (if any) will be disclosed before payment
Banks or providers may apply separate charges as per their policies

6. Refunds, Chargebacks & Disputes

6.1 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed to the original payment method only
Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)
Refund eligibility is subject to our Return Policy (48-hour window)
 

6.2 Chargebacks

Users may raise chargebacks in cases of:

Unauthorized transactions
Duplicate payments
Non-delivery (subject to verification)

All chargebacks are governed by the respective bank/payment provider policies.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us before initiating chargebacks
All disputes will be handled as per applicable Indian laws

Payments are securely processed via authorized third-party gateways such as:

These providers operate under their own privacy and security policies.
